We believe that counseling is more of a walking with experience rather than a telling experience. We believe that walking with is actually harder to do than just telling someone what to do. There are no quick fixes, but here are people here who want to authentically be with you and help you. We believe you have abilities and strengths within you and would consider it a privilege to walk alongside you to help you find, cultivate, and live out those strengths.
We believe that change happens within the counseling relationship, that there is power in a counselor being fully present with you in a safe place, and that you are worth having someone truly see and accept you.
