Overall Session Information
All sessions are 55 minutes long. We are in-network providers for Highmark Blue Shield, Optum Behavioral Health, and Aetna. We are out-of-network providers for most other insurance companies. Medicare/Medicaid are not accepted. We do not submit secondary insurance claims. Payment is due at the time of the session. Clients are encouraged to call their insurance and find out the specifics of their policy prior to their first visit. For clients with a high deductible for the insurance plans we accept, Life Giving Counseling Services will submit claims to help aid in the management of personal deductibles. For clients who are out-of-network, Life Giving Counseling Services can provide you with a monthly Superbill, per your request, for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

If your therapist is sick or cancels, you will not be expected to pay for that missed session
