Hi! I am Jennifer, a licensed professional counselor for over 29 years. I have worked with people who suffer from PTSD, Complex Trauma, anxiety, chronic illnesses, and people who want to know and live out their authentic selves.
My clients experience change and growth in the therapy process, and sustain those changes. They find relief from stress, anxiety, and negative self-talk, they have a decrease in distressing physical, emotional, and psychological symptoms, and have an increase in functionality in their everyday lives.
I use humor, healthy and helpful tools and techniques, and a deep personal connection while working through the pain so that you feel safe, seen, and heard throughout this journey. Let me walk alongside you during this part of your life journey and let us see where we can go together.

I am a 2005 Master of Arts in Counseling graduate of Missio Seminary. I am a 1999 BS in Psychology graduate of East Stroudsburg University.
I spent several years teaching as an adjunct professor in the Graduate School of Counseling department at Missio Seminary. I also helped create and was the Director of Care, and a therapist, at The Well, which is a long-term aftercare and housing program focused on helping women who have been sexually exploited and trafficked.
My counseling experience has comprised of a variety of ages including teens, adults, and seniors. My desire is to walk alongside you as you struggle with the hardships that life brings. I want to bring something life-giving to you, as the world around you is so life-draining.
